Proveedora Montañesa de Cordelería, S.L. - Promocor is a Spanish company specialized in the production and marketing of technical textiles focused on the cable sector as well as other industrial markets.
The activity of the company began in 1941. At the beginning the Company dedicated to fixing and sewing of industrial burlap sacks and rope wholesaling. In the eighties of the Twentieth Century the company was reconverted to supply technical yarns and tapes to cable manufacturers. Today we export our products to more than 25 countries on five continents.
Our main partners are DuPont for converting and trading of Kevlar® yarns and the Korean company Deuk Young for converting and commercializing of waterblocking yarns and tapes.
Our main customers are the most important cable manufacturers worldwide.
We supply specialized top quality products, we offer an agile and fast service according to the needs of the sector.
We face new challenges and projects looking for optimal solutions for our clients.
Our pool of machinery counts with precision yarn winders and plyers, twisting machines, slitting facilities, traverse spool winders and narrow fabric weaving machines.
We have our own laboratory for testing and development of new materials.
